In this role, you will work closely with leadership to manage and improve core operational functions including recruiting, intake, scheduling, and credentialing. You will play a key role in ensuring day\-to\-day operations run smoothly while helping build systems that support long\-term growth. This is a high\-impact role that combines **execution, coordination, and process improvement**. ### **What You’ll Do** * Manage recruiting workflows for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff * Coordinate interviews, hiring pipelines, and onboarding processes * Support intake coordination, insurance verification, and scheduling alignment * Track credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements * Maintain organized operational systems and documentation * Identify workflow gaps and help improve processes across teams ### **What Success Looks Like** * Smooth and organized hiring and onboarding workflows * Reduced delays in client intake and scheduling coordination * Accurate and up\-to\-date credentialing and compliance tracking * Improved operational processes that reduce inefficiencies * Strong coordination across clinical, admin, and leadership teams ### **What We’re Looking For** * Prior experience working in an **ABA or behavioral health organization** * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * High attention to detail and follow\-through * Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously * Strong communication skills and accountability * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, growing environment Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
