The role is proactive in proposing and implementing solutions, maintaining satisfaction among internal and external users of company facilities, while complying with organizational standards. The incumbent consistently demonstrates courtesy and friendliness in interactions with all internal and external personnel; maintains an impeccable personal appearance; and responds promptly to all requests received by the department. Monitors direct staff or contractors assigned to administrative and facilities-related tasks. Requires minimal supervision in carrying out responsibilities. Strong ability to report on and persuade stakeholders regarding complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, solutions, presentations, reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administration of contracts related to facilities services—including cleaning, maintenance, cafeteria, etc.—to ensure services operate as originally planned. * Serving as the authorized point of contact with facilities service contractors. * Ensuring facilities remain in optimal condition for use. * Proper operation of the personnel access control system for company facilities. Includes managing issuance/return of corporate ID cards to company employees. * Confirming workstation reservations in the computer system designated by the company. * Ensuring accurate and timely billing for facilities services. * Enforcing office rules across all company personnel. * Managing dedicated and parcel-based courier services. * Managing stationery inventory.
