Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bakery assistant to support product production, dough preparation, and handling, applying good manufacturing practices. Key Highlights: 1. Manjares Baking S.A.S., a bakery production company located in the north of Bogotá, requires a full-time bakery assistant for immediate hiring. **Main Responsibilities:** * ⁠ ⁠Baking of various products, monitoring time and temperature. * **⁠ ⁠**Dough preparation: cutting, rounding, and shaping. * **⁠** ⁠⁠Preparation of certain doughs according to technical specifications. * ⁠ ⁠Assistance in weighing and preparing raw materials.⁠ * **⁠ ⁠**Cleaning and organizing the workstation, equipment, and utensils. * ⁠ ⁠Application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and biosafety protocols. **Requirements:** * **⁠ ⁠**Minimum 1 year of experience as a bakery assistant or in food production plants (preferred). * **⁠** Knowledge of food handling and hygiene (a valid training certificate is a plus; if not available, the company supports obtaining it). * **⁠ ⁠**Responsible, agile, organized individual with strong teamwork skills and commitment. * **⁠ ⁠**Availability to work full-time on-site in Bogotá. **We Offer:** * **⁠** ⁠Fixed monthly salary of $2\.200\.000. * **⁠** Indefinite-term full-time contract, including all statutory benefits and social security enrollment. * ⁠ ⁠Breakfast and lunch provided daily during work attendance. * **⁠ ⁠**Bi-weekly and timely payment. * **⁠** ⁠Job stability and a positive work environment. **Position Type:** Full-time, indefinite term. **Work Schedule:** 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Bogotá D.C. – Calle 163, near Clínica La Colina (on-site) Interested?
