A leading company in the mass-consumption sector is seeking a BAKERY OVEN OPERATOR: The selected candidate will be responsible for baking bread, maintaining specified temperature and timing—depending on product size. The candidate must possess skills including creativity, dexterity, commitment, reliability, judgment, and autonomy in performing duties. FUNCTIONAL PROFILE OF THE OVEN OPERATOR The Oven Operator must perform the following duties: \* Deliver products in good organoleptic condition for storage and distribution. \* Possess knowledge of bakery oven operation. \* Manage temperatures on the bread production line, as well as proofing and baking processes and times. Proactive, responsible individual with willingness to work. \* Responsible for baking various bakery and pastry products to ensure product quality before and after baking. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., fulfilling the 42-hour weekly requirement. Sundays and holidays are non-working days.
