Job Summary: Responsible for managing and safeguarding cash collections, financial information, and documentation, ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages collections and maintains accurate financial records. 2. Ensures custody of cash and documentation. 3. Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers. 1\. Receive, record, and deposit all cash collections from cash sales, accounts receivable, or other cash income items, in accordance with company policies and procedures. 2\. Be responsible for data entered into the system, including customer creation, issuance of cash receipts, invoice preparation, and other required records. 3\. Receive, safeguard, and timely deliver collected funds, ensuring their preservation and security. 4\. Monitor the petty cash fund and submit timely reimbursement reports. 5\. Conduct daily cash counts and enter them into the system according to established guidelines. 6\. Verify financial approval and successful disbursement, as confirmed by the responsible department. 7\. Verify account balances and perform necessary reconciliations to issue the appropriate guarantee for motorcycle delivery. 8\. Organize, file, and safeguard documentation generated during various departmental processes. 9\. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept workspace, supporting tasks related to order, cleanliness, and store decoration. 10\. Comply with company-defined duties, working hours, and personal appearance standards. 11\. Provide excellent customer service to both external users and store or service personnel. 12\. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors, provided they are related to the nature of the position. Work Location: On-site employment
