Customer service and cross-selling We invite you to apply for the position of INTEGRAL ADVISOR\-FURNITURE AND MATTRESS SALESPERSON, TECHNOLOGY AND HOME APPLIANCE SALESPERSON / CITY (MEDELLIN) and join our great Flamingo Stores family. **Job Mission:** You will be responsible for store sales and for properly achieving the projected sales and credit performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Process exchanges, cancellations, or warranty claims according to company policies and procedures * Perform warehouse opening or closing in accordance with company-established policies and procedures (key custody) * Safeguard and ensure inventory accuracy for all products in the warehouse at the start and end of each workday * Conduct cross-selling by offering customers alternative or complementary products to those they are already purchasing * Demonstrate products to customers and assist them in making the best decision when selecting home appliances or technology equipment **Requirements:** * High school graduate * Proficiency in office tools (basic knowledge of Word and Excel) * Minimum 6 months of sales experience * Experience in selling specialized merchandise (e.g., mobile phones, white goods, computers) is required; experience handling credit and knowledge of payment methods is preferred **IMPORTANT:** · SCHEDULE: SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS · Rotating shifts (store opening or closing), depending on each location Workplace: On-site employment
