Collaborate with expert professionals and make meaningful contributions **JOB DESCRIPTION** Colombia's **Drive the Future Program** is designed to strengthen **JPMorganChase's** early\-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing undergraduate students and recent graduates with their first professional experience. Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the **JPMorganChase** culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm's culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network. During journey in our program, you'll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. In Colombia, DTF opportunities are open to **undergraduate students** and **recent graduates** with no prior work experience. Participants are hired for an initial **6\-month** period, with the possibility of extension up to **24 months** based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires **full\-time, in\-person** availability in Bogotá only. In this opportunity the **Colombian CIB Legal team is** **looking** **a new team member.** Legal Department performs several key functions to help the Bank meet its obligations in connection with business activities and internal matters. Within the Legal Department, the Corporate \& Investment Bank (“CIB”) legal team works closely with multiple areas of the Bank in Colombia, supporting the drafting and review of contracts and assisting in the preparation of responses to courts and other administrative authorities, including regulators. Also, CIB Legal provides legal support for business matters affecting local JPMorganChase entities and advises on regulatory matters impacting local legal entities. **Job Responsibilities:** * Drafting and tracking **client legal opinions** to assess the **capacity and authority of client signatories**. * Supporting the identification of **legal and administrative criteria** relevant to the Bank's business activities. * Assisting with the **review of agreements** related to CIB matters and service providers, in coordination with the CIB Legal Department. * Supporting **special projects**, as required from time to time, in **Colombia and Peru**. * Assisting in the review of **seizures, attachments, and other judicial orders** in Colombia and Peru; and, where applicable, supporting internal processes to implement required legal measures. **Job Requirements:** * **Law school last year student, or maximum recent graduate**. * **Full\-time commitment**. * **Fluent in English** (written and verbal). * Working knowledge of the **Microsoft Office** package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong interest in **commercial, civil, and financial law**, as well as **corporate and banking law**. * Proficiency in leveraging **AI tools** to enhance productivity and quality of legal work (e.g., drafting support, summarization, issue\-spotting, and document review workflows), with sound judgment, confidentiality, and attention to accuracy. **What's Next?** After you click **Apply**, please ensure you fully complete your application.
