We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. **What you’ll work on:** ------------------------ * Lead editorial and presentation design projects from concept through implementation with creative autonomy and end\-to\-end accountability. * Create compelling, visually coherent presentations and editorial designs aligned with client objectives and storytelling best practices. * Apply advanced design principles, including graphic composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory to produce high\-impact deliverables. * Bring proactive, creative thinking to the table — identifying new visual opportunities and contributing ideas that elevate client work and internal projects. * Maintain precision and consistency across every visual element while juggling multiple deadlines and priorities. * Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines, upholding Edelman’s culture of trust, respect, and transparency. **What makes you a great fit:** ------------------------------- * 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on **editorial and presentation design** . * Proven ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and clearly articulate design rationale. * Deep knowledge of layout principles, grids, typography, and design storytelling. * Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high\-quality, client\-ready work. * Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams and time zones. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Nice to have:** * Experience with final art/print materials and Figma. * Previous experience working in a studio or creative agency environment.
