Work on meaningful products with strong engineering culture and high ownership **About the Role** We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer passionate about building modern, intuitive, and high\-performance user experiences. You’ll work primarily on React\-based applications, including dashboards, data visualizations, and workflow\-driven interfaces. Some internal workflow surfaces may also be server\-rendered using Go \+ HTML. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong frontend engineering skills with product thinking — someone comfortable transforming ideas into polished interfaces, even without a dedicated designer involved in every step. **What You’ll Do** * Build scalable and responsive frontend applications using React or Vue * Develop dashboards, workflows, and interactive data visualizations * Create clean, maintainable UI systems using Tailwind CSS and component libraries * Design wireframes or mockups before implementation and collaborate on UX decisions * Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and workflow systems * Follow secure development practices, especially around healthcare/HIPAA\-sensitive data handling * Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high\-quality engineering culture **Required Skills \& Experience** * 2\+ years of professional experience with React or Vue * Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES2020\+) * Production experience with Tailwind CSS * Experience working with component libraries such as: * shadcn/ui * Radix UI * Ant Design * Vuetify * or similar systems * Solid understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals, responsive layouts, and form handling * Comfortable creating mockups or wireframes before development (Figma, Excalidraw, or similar) * Experience working in Git\-based, PR\-driven workflows * Understanding of HIPAA\-aware frontend practices: * secure authentication flows * avoiding PHI exposure in logs or URLs * careful handling of client\-side data **Nice to Have** * Experience specifically with shadcn/ui or Radix UI * Familiarity with: * Vite * Vitest * Playwright * Experience with data visualization libraries such as: * Recharts * Visx * D3\.js * ECharts * Experience building highly interactive dashboards or analytics platforms **Please include:** * Portfolio, GitHub profile, or recent code samples * Examples of mockups/wireframes created before implementation (Figma files, screenshots, Excalidraw, etc.), if available **Why Join Us?** You’ll work on meaningful products with a strong engineering culture, high ownership, and real impact on the user experience.
