Ensure the installation and maintenance of electrical and water connections. **Job Description** ---------------------- Maintain the institution's physical infrastructure and other assets in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to develop work schedules that efficiently address the institution's infrastructure, equipment, and tool maintenance needs, enabling periodic inspections and reporting findings to your immediate supervisor for action plan formulation. Maintain your tools, work equipment, and maintenance workshop in good condition. Update the institution's equipment and tool inventory and consolidate their life-cycle records. Effectively respond to preventive and corrective maintenance requests as promptly as possible. Timely submit requests to your immediate supervisor for spare parts, maintenance supplies, and materials—ensuring their effective optimization. Ensure physical order of the infrastructure regarding paint condition, moisture correction, and crack repair on floors, walls, and/or ceilings. Ensure proper installation and maintenance of the institution's electrical, water, and other utility connections. Guarantee that the institution's physical infrastructure ensures safety for students, staff, and visitors by mitigating accident risks. Properly wear personal protective equipment throughout the work shift. Strictly adhere to the assigned work schedule.
