Stay current with coding updates, regulations, and industry best practices We are looking for detail\-oriented Medical Coders with strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD\-10\-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate coding of medical records and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. Key Responsibilities * Review and analyze medical documentation for accurate code assignment. * Assign ICD\-10\-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services. * Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines. * Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and documentation issues. * Work closely with providers, auditors, and billing teams. * Support quality assurance and coding audit activities. * Maintain productivity and accuracy standards. * Stay current with coding updates, regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of professional medical coding experience. * Strong knowledge of ICD\-10\-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. * Experience with physician coding, outpatient coding, or specialty coding preferred. * Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation and billing processes. * Experience working with EHR systems. * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). * Strong analytical and attention\-to\-detail skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
