Because the challenges you'll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and duties*** Workstation support (desktop, laptop) and assistance with basic printing issues (e.g., paper jams or other simple problems), even when printer maintenance is handled by another provider. * Level 1 network and connectivity support. * Handling and resolution of new requests. * Execution of proactive tasks, machine isolation, and equipment verification. * Coordination with vendors and maintenance activities. * Generation of management reports and summaries. * Responding to requests via email or phone. * Will be exclusively responsible for formally delivered items under custody and must report inventory movements monthly or biweekly, as specified in the corresponding annex. Onsite Microcomputer Support with intermediate/advanced knowledge of: * Office 365, * PC and peripheral hardware and software repair, * Basic networking/communications knowledge, * Soft Skills: dynamic, proactive attitude, good communication, responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, committed, and motivated to learn.
