We are currently seeking a **Production Temporary Worker** to strengthen our production team. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualification:** * High school diploma (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum **6 months of verifiable experience** in food production facilities. * Experience in **food handling**, adherence to operational procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Main Responsibilities** * Support various production process activities according to plant requirements. * Handle raw materials and finished products in accordance with established procedures. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, food safety, and occupational safety requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Provide support across different production lines as required. * Adhere to company internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. **Employment Conditions** * **Salary:** Current Legal Monthly Minimum Wage (SMLMV). * **Benefits:** All statutory social benefits. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or task-based contract. * **Work Schedule:** Rotating shifts, scheduled according to operational needs, complying with the current legal maximum weekly working hours of **42 hours**. **Competencies** * Teamwork. * Commitment and responsibility. * Quality orientation. * Adaptability. * Proactivity. * Attention to detail.
