Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to provide technical leadership to the developer team, manage escalations, and define coding standards. Key Highlights: 1. Communication and collaboration with stakeholders. **Job Description** We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team. This role includes: * Technical leadership of the Salesforce Developers team. * Management of technical escalations. * Definition of coding and testing standards. * Facilitation of technical daily stand-ups and Pair Programming sessions. * Release management with a Zero Downtime strategy. * Mentorship and professional development of the technical team. * Communication and collaboration with stakeholders across different departments and technology vendors as required by the project. **Profile** * 5\-7 years of experience in Salesforce (2+ years leading teams). * Platform Developer II certification \+ 2 additional certifications. * Experience as Tech Lead in 2+ insurance-sector projects. * Environment management and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). * Expert-level Apex and LWC. * Full OmniStudio proficiency. * DevOps with GitHub/Copado. * KPI management (Velocity, Quality) and estimation using Story Points. * Language skills are considered an asset. **About Inetum****INETUM** *We are an international, agile digital consulting firm.
