We are currently recruiting a **Senior Business Development Analyst** to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee and ensure the quality of connection studies for multiple new projects.
* Lead management and negotiation of connection contract subscriptions.
* Direct processes for obtaining construction and public space occupation licenses.
* Supervise and optimize meteorological measurement campaigns.
* Coordinate with property teams to identify and secure land for development.
* Assess and resolve technical constraints in project design and construction.
* Identify strategic opportunities for new connections and project development.
* Lead and validate initial feasibility studies for developing projects.
* Develop and review basic engineering and layouts for all assigned projects.
* Provide technical due diligence for possible project acquisitions.
* Support and mentor junior staff; perform additional tasks as required.
**Education \& Certifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering required.
**Experience \& Technical Skills**
----------------------------------
* 6–8 years of experience in energy project development/construction (large\-scale renewables preferred).
* Advanced knowledge of connection study methodologies, contractual procedures (STN, STR, SDL), and site evaluation.
* Skilled in Excel, Google Earth, and project management tools.
* Experience in negotiation, permitting, and technical documentation.
* Proven track record in fieldwork, measurement, and land management.
