Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with excellent attitude and presence for table and bar service, focused on exceptional customer service, organization, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork and adherence to operational policies We are looking for table and bar service staff who possess an excellent attitude and professional appearance, deliver outstanding customer service, organize their workstation, ensure all work tools (location and equipment) are clean and properly placed, greet guests upon arrival and bid them a courteous farewell upon departure, anticipate customer needs, ensure guest satisfaction with service, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and complaints, thoroughly know menu items, manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback timely and appropriately, handle the bill when customers finish dining, understand and comply with company operational policies and procedures, maintain positive working relationships and collaborate efficiently as part of a team, consistently demonstrate high standards of personal appearance and hygiene, and assist in restocking ingredients, supplies, utensils, furniture, and other organizational equipment.
