Job Summary: At G4S, we are seeking a Technological Media Operator to monitor equipment, manage events, ensure communications, and report technical incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Growth opportunities and a collaborative environment At G4S, we are looking for a Technological Media Operator to join our team. **Location:** Bogotá **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **What will you do?** * Operate monitoring and communication equipment by verifying the technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may occur during service delivery, in accordance with procedures and/or protocols established by the client or the company * Conduct specific surveillance generated by operations through the technological media deployed for this purpose * Ensure communication integrity at all times, reporting all received and confirmed incident information as well as any other situations * Report various technical incidents in the system * Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and incidents **What are we looking for?** * 6 months to 1 year of specific experience in CCTV, use of technological tools, access controls, detection systems, and software operation * Certification as a Technological Media Operator issued by the Superintendence of Private Security and Surveillance **We offer:** Wellness plan Growth opportunities Collaborative environment
