This is your opportunity to drive talent readiness, improve performance, and shape the future of our operations. **Your Mission** As a **Training Manager** , you will design and execute end\-to\-end training strategies that directly impact **Quality of Hire, performance, and business results** across multiple campaigns. You won’t just manage training… You’ll **drive results through people development** **What You’ll Be Doing** ✨ **Strategic Impact** * Lead training strategies aligned with business KPIs (QOH, CSAT, AHT, Sales, QA) * Identify gaps through data (attrition, performance trends) * Partner with Talent Acquisition \& Operations to ensure hiring success ✨ **Learning \& Development** * Design and implement training programs (NHT, Nesting, Upskilling) * Create engaging content (playbooks, simulations, role plays) * Ensure high\-quality delivery across all learning initiatives ✨ **Performance \& Quality** * Measure training effectiveness and optimize outcomes * Drive initiatives to reduce early attrition * Align with QA to ensure consistency and continuous improvement ✨ **Leadership \& Influence** * Lead and develop trainers and training teams * Collaborate with key stakeholders across TA, Ops, and QA * Drive calibration and alignment across the business **Location:** On\-site – Bogotá **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * ️ This is a **position of trust and leadership** , so availability to support on weekends may be required based on business needs **What We’re Looking For** * Strong experience in **training within BPO environments** * Strategic mindset with data\-driven decision making * Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills * Passion for learning, development, and people impact **What’s in it for you?** ✨ High visibility role with direct business impact ✨ Opportunity to lead and transform training strategy ✨ Career growth in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment ✨ Collaborative and people\-focused culture
