At G4S, we are looking for a **POLYGRAPH ANALYST** to join our team. **Location**: Cali **Work Modality**: On-site **Contract Type**: Indefinite-term contract **What Are We Looking For in You?** Are you a Technician or Technologist in any field with over 1 year of experience as a polygraph examiner and holding a valid polygraph certification? Then this vacancy is for you! **What Will You Do?** * Timely scheduling of candidates upon request from internal or external clients. * Analysis of received information to prepare for the test. * Conducting tests using questionnaires and relevant questions defined for each client. * Performing polygraph tests using scientifically validated techniques, with a minimum of 5 tests per day (pre-employment and routine); 4 tests per day for specific tests. * Recording scheduled tests and updates on the institutional platform, complying with operational protocols. * Managing candidate punctuality and service quality according to the established schedule. * Ensuring recording of evaluations and monthly storage of records in the designated folder. * Availability to conduct tests at various G4S locations or client sites. * Consolidating verified information into the report titled "Polygraph Report", with a maximum delivery time of 24 hours after test completion. * Assessing candidate credibility and truthfulness in pre-employment, routine, and specific assessments. * Supporting audits of reports and other operational requirements defined by the department. **What Are We Looking For?** * Valid polygraph certification * Over 1 year of experience conducting polygraphs and preparing reports * Excellent attitude and eagerness to learn **We Offer:** * Wellness plan * Growth opportunities * Collaborative environment
