Position Summary: We are seeking a Structural Modeler to develop high-quality structural BIM models for water sector projects, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Interference detection and resolution using BIM processes We are looking for a **STRUCTURAL MODELER**, responsible for developing high-quality structural BIM models for water sector projects, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and accurate representation of concrete and steel structures involved in treatment plants, pumping stations, tanks, industrial buildings, and hydraulic infrastructure. **Requirements:** Academic background: Technician or Professional in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Drafting and Engineering, or related fields Proven experience in **water projects** Experience as a structural modeler **Responsibilities:** * Develop structural BIM models for hydraulic infrastructure projects * Model reinforced concrete structures, structural steel, and foundations * Generate construction drawings from the BIM model * Develop structural details according to engineering criteria * Coordinate models with civil, architectural, process, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines * Detect and resolve interferences using BIM processes * Prepare models for coordination reviews and project tracking * Perform material quantity take-offs from the model * Keep models updated according to engineering changes Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Structural Modeler? * Do you have experience modeling reinforced concrete and structural steel structures? * Do you have experience in water projects? * Are you currently employed?
