The position aims to ensure compliance with current regulations regarding archaeological heritage management, formulation or monitoring of Archaeological Management Plans (AMP), and the development of preventive archaeological field activities. **Required profile:** * **Academic background REQUIRED:** Professional in **Anthropology** or **Archaeology** with **emphasis or proven track record in Archaeology.** * **Postgraduate education (mandatory requirement):** Specialization or Master's degree in one of the following areas (MANDATORY): * **Cultural Heritage Management** * **Preventive Archaeology** * **Landscape Archaeology** **AND ONE ADDITIONAL POSTGRADUATE DEGREE IN ANY FIELD.** Professional experience: * **3 years** of professional experience in applied archaeology related to infrastructure projects, civil works, heritage, or land intervention. * Experience in the formulation or implementation of Archaeological Management Plans (AMP), surveys, monitoring, or archaeological salvage operations. * Knowledge of Colombian regulations on heritage (ICANH, Law 1185 of 2008, Decree 763 of 2009, among others). **Additional skills and knowledge:** * Writing technical reports addressed to ICANH. * Proficiency in georeferencing tools (preferable). * Ability to work interdisciplinary with technical and environmental teams. * Analysis of cultural, historical, and territorial contexts.
