Profile: Professional in business administration, psychology, law, industrial engineering or related fields with more than 2 years of experience in roles related to human talent management, recruitment, payroll, labor law. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper human talent management within the organization by leading recruitment, hiring, personnel administration, payroll processing, employee well-being and compliance with current labor regulations, contributing to the company's development and sustainability. **Additional Training:** Accounting and payroll software, social security, personnel selection, labor contracting, labor law, payroll processing and/or related topics. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Regulatory Compliance and Oversight Ensure nationwide compliance with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee well-being and SG\-SST processes. Guarantee adherence to labor regulations, internal rules, social security requirements, SENA apprenticeship quotas and other legal provisions. Direct and control department operations, ensuring confidentiality and fair treatment in all actions. **2\.** Human Talent Management Design and implement recruitment, selection, onboarding and training policies and procedures. Implement actions to monitor and reduce employee turnover. Coordinate contract terminations and corresponding settlements with area leaders. Train and support the human talent assistant team. **3\.** Personnel and Payroll Administration Supervise the proper custody of employment-related information and documentation. Ensure accurate payment of salaries, social benefits, social security and parafiscal contributions. Review and approve calculations of social benefits (severance pay, severance interest, bonuses, vacation, indemnities). Manage payroll updates, system configurations, prorating and annual closing procedures. Handle claims processing with ARL and EPS, contractor payments and social security validation. **4\.** Employee Well-being and Labor Relations Design, coordinate and evaluate employee well-being programs that promote motivation, sense of belonging and work-life balance. Coordinate and supervise timely delivery of uniforms and institutional benefits across all regional offices. Promote communication and recognition strategies that strengthen organizational climate and institutional trust. **5\.** Analysis and Continuous Improvement Present improvement proposals regarding payroll systems, departmental processes and work organization. Prepare statistical reports on turnover, resignations and other performance indicators. Ensure departmental activities are aligned with institutional goals, vision and mission.
