Your mission will be to lead the human talent strategy, design and implement the competency-based performance management model, create and oversee well-being and workplace climate programs to promote health, work-life balance, and professional growth. **Education:** Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Graduate degree:** In Human Management, Labor Law, Development, or Organizational Psychology (desirable). **Experience:** At least 5 years in human talent leadership or coordination roles, with experience in cultural change and performance management, preferably within foundations or social organizations. **Salary:** $6,021,854 monthly + benefits (meal allowance, prepaid medicine, mutual fund, corporate agreements, and collective vacations in December).
