Specialization: Postgraduate degree desirable in areas or topics related to the contractual objective. Work Experience: Minimum three (3) years of professional experience, of which one (1) year must be related to community guidance and sensitization and participation in social structuring processes. Competencies: • General knowledge of current regulations regarding the implementation of the Comprehensive Rural Reform. • Knowledge of differential approach, gender approach, and do-no-harm principle. • Knowledge of cadastral regulations and territorial planning. • Experience in conducting surveys, qualitative studies in communities, and/or characterization activities, among others. • Experience in managing outreach and organizing community dissemination events. • Experience in Land and rural development. • Experience in agrarian procedures. • Experience in implementing policies or actions for community strengthening.
