We are looking for a **Real Estate Project Director** to lead, coordinate and ensure the proper execution of projects in the construction and real estate development sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Managing relationships and established processes with various real estate project phases and AIA in general. * Achieving financial targets for assigned projects. * Meeting scheduling goals for expected timelines of assigned projects. **Required Profile:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields. * Specialization in Project Management, Finance, Construction Management or related areas. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate project management. * Knowledge of project financing, urban regulations, real estate legal procedures and land use planning. * Leadership skills, negotiation ability and results orientation.
