Currently, it has opened a call for: 1 Project Administrator The objective of the Project Administrator position is to carry out administrative, financial, and logistical tasks in order to ensure efficient and transparent management of institutional resources and, in particular, to guarantee the proper organization and control of processes, considering established rules and procedures. Location: Cartagena with travel to the project's area of influence (Department of Sucre and Bolivar). Contract duration: 12 months, with possibility of renewal. Application deadline: 11/23/2025 **RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Administer actions carried out by AICS within the framework of the PACE (PAZ) project "Training Itineraries, Self-employment and Socioeconomic Growth in agroforestry and livestock chains for strengthening peace in Colombia"; · Know, analyze, and review the necessary documents for the execution of assigned activities: background information, projects, technical proposals, budgets, agreements; · Study and respond to administrative requirements (procedure manuals, regulations, guidelines, etc.) from AICS and ICEI; · Preventive knowledge and approval of the economic and financial commitments necessary for carrying out project activities; · Prepare financial planning related to the resources needed to carry out project activities; · Travel to different project intervention areas to conduct outreach, accompaniment, and monitoring activities; · Support the preparation of the Annual Operational Plan; · Submit reports supporting the purpose of the contract according to applicable administrative procedures; · Develop and implement an accounting structure by cost centers and sub-centers that allows tracking of the project's budget execution and ensures the preparation of periodic or final reports according to donor requirements; · Management of the project's consolidated budget categories; · Accountability related to interim, pre-final, and final reports; · Application of the Donor’s Procurement System and compliance with internal Manual guidelines (PRAG European Union); · Identification of suppliers and execution of procurement processes according to procedures (PRAG European Union); · Payment to suppliers (Invoice, Payment Request, Voucher, Receipt, etc.); · Compilation, management, and archiving of documentation required by international donors and national agencies **REQUIREMENTS:** · Higher university degree in fields related to economics (Accountant or Administrator); Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperation projects; · Experience with non-profit organizations is valued; · Proficiency in accounting software, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and tax handling for NGOs.
