Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading the evaluation, approval, and monitoring of payroll-deductible loans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and risk management in the financial sector. We seek a professional with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields, who can lead the evaluation, approval, and monitoring process of payroll-deductible loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and appropriate risk management. Prior experience in the financial sector, credit risk, and knowledge of Law 1527 of 2012\ is required. The candidate will be responsible for validating credit conditions and profiles, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and operational efficiency. Minimum 3 years of experience.
