Implement continuous improvement (5S, Lean, Kaizen). **We Are Hiring an Engineering Coordinator!** **Location:** Engativa **Salary:** $2\.800\.000 to $4\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Availability to work on Saturdays if operationally required **Responsibilities** Preparation of budgets and quotations for electrical projects. Production planning and scheduling based on demand. Coordination of technical personnel and engineering processes. Monitoring manufacturing timelines and project execution. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and RETIE regulations. Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance. Leading continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen). Preparing production, efficiency, and productivity reports. **Requirements** ✔ Technician or Professional degree in Electricity, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. ✔ Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams. ✔ Proficiency in budgeting, ERP systems, and Excel. ✔ Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and RETIE regulations.
