Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Coordinator to lead comprehensive talent management in the retail sector, covering recruitment, payroll, and internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Management of labor relations and disciplinary processes A retail company specializing in underwear, with 7 stores and an e-commerce channel, is looking for an HR Coordinator to lead the company's comprehensive human talent management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel for stores, central warehouse, and administrative departments * Preparation and processing of payroll * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, extensions, and addendums * Management of disciplinary processes and enforcement of the Internal Work Regulations * Design and implementation of internal HR policies and processes * Management of relationships with ARL (Labor Risk Administrator) and monitoring of SG-SST (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferably in retail or commercial sectors) * Knowledge of current Colombian labor legislation * Familiarity with Helisa software is desirable * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) * Organizational skills, discretion, and assertive communication abilities **Offered:** * Salary of $3,000,000 COP + all statutory social benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Job stability Workplace: On-site employment
