




We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America. **The responsibilities of this position are:** * Implement strategies for employer branding. * Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs. * Manage the recruitment process. * Hold interviews in Spanish. * Hold interviews in English. * Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually. **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience with full\-cycle recruiting. * Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.). * Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired. * Excellent communication skills. * Full\-time availability. * Fluent in English and Spanish.
