Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing hot and cold beverages. * Serve customers in a friendly and timely manner. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization at the point of sale. * Assist in setup and restocking of supplies. * Perform cleaning tasks and comply with hygiene protocols. * Assist with cash handling when required. * Adhere to the company’s quality and service standards. Requirements: * Experience in customer service or similar roles (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent personal appearance. * Positive attitude, teamwork, and responsibility. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Schedule: * Sunday to Sunday. * Rotating shifts. * One weekday day off. Salary and Benefits: * Current Legal Minimum Wage (SMLV). * Transportation allowance. * Statutory social benefits. * 2 tip points.
