Generation and supervision of team development plans Professional in Systems Engineering or related fields with knowledge in software architecture, agile methodologies (SCRUM), Windows and Linux platforms, web and mobile application development, database engines, SOA architectures, and REST services ##### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Responsible for ensuring that each area within the Development Department achieves its goals, as well as guaranteeing optimal conditions for achieving those goals. Also responsible for designing functionalities and planning the department's activities. ##### **SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES** * 2\+ years of experience in software development (SCRUM) * English proficiency level (B1 \- B2\) * 1\+ years of experience in software architecture * Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages * Knowledge of functional programming ##### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design the architecture of the LORO application suite * Generate team development plans (Roadmap) * Supervise execution of development plans * Monitor and propose methodological and architectural optimizations ##### **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** * Achievement of goals by established deadlines * Delivery of properly documented code * Delivery of test reports and corrections
