You will collaborate with Product and engineering peers on microservices, API design, and integrations while improving quality through testing and monitoring—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Analyze use cases, contribute to solution design, implement changes, and help maintain services using established engineering practices * Own daily assignments and troubleshoot complex technical issues within your scope * Evaluate and propose new frameworks and design patterns to improve system architecture * Test and support software applications and related systems using a range of development tools * Participate in design reviews and code reviews to maintain best practices and quality standards * Collaborate with Product teams to clarify, refine, and shape business requirements * Coordinate with colleagues across regions and organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes * Share domain and industry knowledge within cross\-functional teams to raise engineering standards * Apply integration features and communication methods to connect applications, databases, and platforms into end\-to\-end business solutions * Promote operational reliability and project quality through resilience, scalability, testing, monitoring, and alerting * Report progress and key project updates to leadership on a regular basis * Seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through better product outcomes **Requirements** * Hands\-on software development experience of up to a year in professional roles * Practical Java development background for delivering dependable systems * Working knowledge of Spring Boot to implement backend services * Ability to collaborate with cross\-disciplinary teams, including Product * Exposure to microservices and distributed systems concepts for scalable solutions * Good understanding of API design principles and integration approaches * Strong problem\-solving skills for addressing issues in live engineering environments * Clear communication skills for partnering with global teams * English proficiency (written and spoken) at B1\+ (Intermediate) level or above **Nice to have** * Experience with Amazon DynamoDB for NoSQL data management * Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud solutions * Familiarity with CI/CD practices for automated delivery * Understanding of GraphQL for flexible API development * Knowledge of Kotlin or Kotlin Development for JVM\-based work * Experience with MongoDB for document database use cases * Familiarity with ReactJS for building dynamic user interfaces * Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code
