Contribute to operational productivity, quality, and safety A well-established regional company is seeking a **Front-End Loader Operator**—a dynamic, responsible, and committed individual who will contribute to the proper functioning of our plant and the execution of operational processes. **Purpose of the Position** Safely, efficiently, and responsibly operate front-end loaders to ensure continuous supply of materials (aggregates, gravel, and sand) to the feed hoppers of the batching plant. Additionally, assist with basic maintenance and general plant cleaning tasks, thereby contributing to productivity, concrete quality, and operational safety. **Responsibilities:** * Operate front-end loaders (and occasionally other equipment such as backhoe loaders or internal dump trucks), adhering to established safety procedures and protocols. * Load and supply aggregate materials (sand, gravel, and crushed stone) from stockpiles to the batching plant’s hoppers, in accordance with production orders and required mix designs. * Perform cleanup and spill recovery of materials in the stockyard and production areas. * Assist with unloading materials delivered by dump trucks, when necessary. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a loader operator * Completed high school education (preferred) * Residency in Bugalagrande or nearby areas **Salary:** **$1´750.905 + transportation allowance + all statutory benefits + overtime + bonuses ($250 per cubic meter).** **Direct employment with the company, plus bonuses and extra-legal benefits, including: home hygiene kit, birthday bonus, employee discounts, among others.** Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
