We are looking for an experienced **Human Resources Manager** to help us build a strong company culture, support our employees, and ensure effective HR processes as we continue to grow. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and solutions\-oriented HR Manager with experience working with **U.S. companies and multicultural teams**. This person will be responsible for managing key HR functions, supporting leadership and employees, resolving workplace issues, and continuously improving our people processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee support, performance management, and offboarding. * Partner with leadership and department managers to identify hiring needs. * Help with recruiting efforts when needed. * Handle employee relations, workplace conflicts, and sensitive personnel matters. * Support managers with performance issues, difficult conversations, and employee concerns. * Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes. * Help strengthen employee engagement, retention, and company culture. * Identify HR\-related problems and proactively develop effective solutions. * Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. * Provide HR guidance and recommendations to leadership. **Requirements** * **2\+ years of experience in Human Resources**, preferably in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar position. * **Fluent English (C2 / advanced level)** — excellent verbal and written communication. * Experience working with **U.S.\-based companies or teams**. * Experience working with **multicultural and remote teams**. * Strong experience with employee relations and conflict resolution. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. **Benefits and Perks:** * Independent contractor contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am \- 5:30pm (Los Angeles Time Zone) * Paid Time Off and Free US federal holidays. * Service premiums will be paid every half and end of year. * Work 100% remotely. * Time Doctor (Software) for security and payroll purposes. * Monthly salary * Annual increase on the salary. * Possibility of growing in the company.
