We want you on board to add value to the design of our telecommunications products — and, above all, to grow together. **What do we expect from you?** Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating and editing technical drawings and models. Ability to plan and organize your work to meet the challenges assigned to you. Strong analytical skills to execute designs effectively. Attention to detail and strong analytical orientation. **As an Industrial Design Assistant, it is essential that you:** Hold a technical or technological degree in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Have at least two (2) years of experience in product development, manufacturing processes, and/or technical design. Desirable: Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools applied to design and process optimization. **What will you do at ENERGITEL?** Drive innovation in product development by creating technical designs, advanced prototypes, and interactive solutions — thereby strengthening the organization’s competitiveness.
