Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or transportation sectors. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **field safety, environmental, and operational inspections**, ensuring compliance with logistical processes. * Supervise **compliance with HSEQ regulations** during operational and logistical activities. * Support the implementation and monitoring of the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST)** in operations and logistics. * Verify the **proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** during operational activities, loading, unloading, transportation, and transit. * Identify, report, and follow up on **unsafe acts and conditions** in operational and logistical processes. * Prepare **HSEQ-related reports, records, and controls** for logistical operations. * Support the delivery of **safety talks, inductions, and training sessions** for operational and logistical personnel. * Assist in the **investigation of incidents, occupational accidents, and operational events**, proposing corrective and preventive actions. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills. * Assertive communication. * Learning orientation.
