Your mission will be to ensure operational continuity by promptly resolving technical requests, efficiently administering technological resources, and applying basic cybersecurity controls—contributing to an agile, secure, and efficient user experience. **How will you help us fulfill our mission?** * Providing first-level technical support to all employees, handling incidents related to hardware, software, connectivity, and access. * Configuring, synchronizing, and ensuring proper operation of corporate applications on users’ devices. * Installing, updating, and uninstalling applications on corporate devices, ensuring compliance with company-defined standards. * Managing and keeping up-to-date the inventory of technological equipment and peripherals, tracking their assignment, status, and availability. * Managing cybersecurity tools and controls on devices, preventing risks of data leakage or loss. * Diagnosing and resolving technical failures, analyzing each case to ensure prompt and effective responses. * Handling and following up on escalated requests until resolution. * Performing additional tasks assigned by your direct supervisor related to department operations. **What we’re looking for** * Academic background: Technical or technological degree in systems, technology, electronics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in technology roles involving technical support and equipment maintenance.
