Join the team as a: **WhatsApp Specialist for our AI-powered agent Colly**, where your primary objectives will be *to operate and optimize Colektia's conversational channels, ensuring every interaction with customers and candidates is timely, effective, and aligned with the company's promise.* What will you do in this role? * Operate and monitor daily WhatsApp Business API message flows. * Support the technical design, configuration, and documentation of conversational channels. * Manage message templates and oversee their approval process with Meta. * Analyze key metrics (delivery, open, response, and conversion rates) to generate reports. * Work as an individual contributor reporting to the *Head of Product*, collaborating with Operations and *People* teams. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) * Basic-to-intermediate experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms (Chatwoot, Twilio, 360dialog). * Demonstrable familiarity with configuring messaging flows and templates. * Solid proficiency with reporting tools for data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets). * Basic knowledge of APIs and how to integrate tools (a plus, not mandatory).
