Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support raw material preparation, mise en place, portioning, recipe monitoring, and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in raw material preparation and mise en place 2. Monitoring of standard recipes and portioning of meats 3. Assistance in cleaning and sanitation activities Restaurant located in Teusaquillo \- Bogotá requires a Kitchen Assistant for its team with knowledge of raw material preparation, mise en place, meat portioning, standard recipe monitoring, and support for cleaning and sanitation activities. Academic level: High school diploma with restaurant experience or technical degree in culinary arts. Experience: Minimum 6 months Schedule: \- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Saturdays and holidays, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Sunday: Fixed day off. Contract: Indefinite-term employment contract. Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) \+ benefits \+ meals \+ tips. Position type: Indefinite Workplace: On-site employment
