




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a cafeteria, responsible for food and beverage preparation, portioning, and service, as well as workplace organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for food and beverage preparation and service. 2. Ensures hygiene and organization in production areas. 3. Requires assertive communication and service orientation. The cafeteria requires the following position for its team: KITCHEN ASSISTANT Responsibilities: \-Prepare food. \-Prepare, portion, and assemble food and beverages according to technical procedures and establishment standards. \-Provide food and beverage service in accordance with establishment protocols and standards. \-Organize raw materials, products, and supplies in refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas according to food preservation techniques, food handling regulations, and establishment standards. \-Carry out food preparation operations according to technical procedures and establishment standards. \-Supply professional food and beverage materials according to the cleaning and disinfection procedures manual. \-Sanitize production and food and beverage service facilities and/or areas according to technical procedures and establishment standards. \-Perform related duties.
