At Incolpa, we are seeking a loading and unloading driver—a high school graduate with one year of experience in similar positions and preferably holding a Class C1 driver’s license. The candidate must own a vehicle. Key responsibilities include: * Safely, responsibly, and lawfully operating the assigned vehicle in compliance with current traffic regulations. * Transporting personnel, materials, or merchandise according to the established schedule, ensuring punctuality and proper handling. * Conducting daily vehicle inspections (fluid levels, brakes, lights, tires, and documentation) before starting each shift and maintaining the vehicle in good condition regarding order, cleanliness, and functionality. * Promptly reporting any mechanical failure, accident, or vehicle-related incident. * Ensuring appropriate vehicle usage, avoiding overloading or unauthorized use. * Complying with the company’s established road safety and occupational health protocols. * Carrying and maintaining a valid driver’s license, SOAT insurance, technical-mechanical inspection certificate, and all other required documents. * Assisting with loading and unloading operations when required by service needs, following safety standards. * Recording routes, mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents in the designated forms. * Maintaining a respectful and courteous attitude toward colleagues, clients, and third parties. * Adhering to schedules, routes, and instructions assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Work Location:** La Dolores Housing Development – Cali–Palmira Highway **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time
