An industrial company in the cosmetics sector requires an execution-focused Logistics Leader for its team, specializing in direct supervision of Distribution Center operations. Expertise required in coordinating physical merchandise flows: from dock unloading, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch, through to delivery vehicle departure. Responsibilities: · Coordination of outbound docks, validation of shipping guides, and truck load control to optimize space utilization. · Control of manual assembly lines, ensuring components match the final product. · Use of WMS technology. · Conducting cycle counts and surprise audits at picking locations to maintain system accuracy. Requirements: · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supervisory or coordination roles for logistics operations in Distribution Centers within manufacturing industries (production plants with integrated or external CEDI). · Logistics Processes Technologist or Engineer. · Communication skills and service orientation.
