Skills in supplier management and driver monitoring A national-level special passenger transportation company is looking for a committed, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team. Required Profile Technologist or graduate in Transportation Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in coordinating and scheduling road-based special passenger transportation services. Essential Knowledge and Experience * Planning, scheduling, and control of transportation operations. * Management, negotiation, and contracting of public service vehicle providers. * Coordination, monitoring, and control of drivers. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Preparation and analysis of fuel consumption and fuel control reports. * GPS tracking and monitoring of vehicle fleets. * Development, execution, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Internal and external customer service and support. * Management of operational incidents and resolution of on-route contingencies.
