Job Summary: Bioplast de Antioquia is seeking a proactive and responsible Pigment Assistant to support the production process by accurately weighing and packaging pigments and additives. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in the plastic recycling production process. 2. No prior experience required; training will be provided. 3. Opportunity to develop skills in pigment handling. **Bioplast de Antioquia** specializes in plastic waste recovery. We are looking for a Pigment Assistant who is proactive, responsible, organized, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail to support our production process. Basic knowledge of plastic materials is desirable but not mandatory. **Position:** Pigment Weighing Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** * Weigh pigments and additives according to specified quantities. * Package and label materials in bags for subsequent incorporation into production blends. * Verify correct weight and quantities. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Comply with company safety regulations and established procedures. **Requirements:** * Basic mathematics knowledge. * Ability to operate weighing instruments. * Attention to detail, concentration, and responsibility. * Willingness to work on-site. * Foreign applicants must hold a valid work permit. * No prior experience required; training will be provided. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract for three months, renewable. * Salary: Current legal minimum wage \+ statutory benefits \+ transportation allowance * Work modality: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Workplace address: Calle 55 \#46\-18, Barrio Los Naranjos, industrial zone * City: Itagüí / Antioquia Workplace: On-site position
