Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in the agro-industrial sector to lead the accounting team, manage closings, ensure tax compliance, and generate strategic reports. Coordination of tax obligations and responses to regulatory authorities **We are looking for an ACCOUNTANT** **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting with a **valid Professional License**. * **Preferred Education:** Specialization in Finance, Taxation, Financial Management, or Auditing. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of general accounting experience and at least **3 years leading and developing work teams**. * **Industry:** Prior experience in the agro-industrial sector or export-oriented companies (Mandatory). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Strong proficiency in IFRS for SMEs. * Colombian regulatory and tax framework. * Proficiency with **ERP SIESA**. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate, supervise, and develop the work of the accounting team (assistant, analyst, and junior accountant). * **Financial Management:** Lead accounting closings and ensure timely issuance of financial statements. * **Operational Supervision:** Ensure accurate recording of purchases, sales, payroll, and depreciation by the team under supervision. * **Tax and Legal Compliance:** Coordinate tax obligations and provide technical responses to requests from regulatory authorities (DIAN, Superintendencies) and audits. * **Strategic Reporting:** Generate key managerial information to support executive decision-making. **Conditions:** · **Location:** Bogotá. · **Work Mode:** Hybrid · **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract · **Salary:** $5\.000\.000 to $6\.000\.000 (Based on experience) · **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday Workplace: Hybrid in Bogotá, Cundinamarca
