Requires assertive communication and teamwork Pulmonology Specialist Physician At **IPS CEMDE**, we are looking for a **Pulmonology Specialist Physician** committed to excellence in patient care, quality of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Required Profile * Medical degree with specialization in Pulmonology. * Basic knowledge of office software tools. * Knowledge of diagnosis and management of respiratory diseases. * Excellent assertive communication skills. * Clear diction and strong verbal and written communication skills. * Adaptability to change and orientation toward teamwork. Main Responsibilities * Conduct specialized outpatient consultations and establish clinical diagnoses for patients. * Define and prescribe the most appropriate treatment according to each patient’s clinical condition. * Request and/or perform specialized procedures that contribute to the patient’s comprehensive diagnosis and management. * Contribute to improving therapeutic quality in the management of respiratory diseases. * Ensure the quality and accurate completion of clinical documentation generated during service delivery. * Maintain respectful, empathetic, and collaborative relationships with patients, their families, and the healthcare team. * Provide patient education and guidance regarding healthy lifestyle habits and proper management of their health condition. * Comply with institutional guidelines and directives issued by the immediate supervisor.
