At COLEGIO DE LA SALLE 180, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of School Route Driver \- requiring certified experience of 2 years, C2 driver's license, and preferably residing in the north. This person must possess the following skills (Required Skills): Communication Empathy Adaptability Customer service. Working hours (Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM) Assigned salary: Salary (1\.771\.000\) plus transportation allowance and statutory benefits, overtime pay. Responsibilities: 1\. Drive the assigned vehicle, complying with traffic regulations and safety standards. 2\. Transport staff members, students, materials, equipment, and carry out errands as instructed by the immediate supervisor. 3\. Perform minor repairs by diagnosing faults or malfunctions. 4\. Ensure proper use and maintenance of the vehicle, checking fuel, lubrication, greasing, minor adjustments of parts, etc., and report mechanical defects to the immediate supervisor to facilitate timely repairs. 5\. Promptly inform the immediate supervisor of collisions or accidents occurring during job performance, so that established norms and procedures may be followed for fact-finding and responsibility determination. 6\. Park the vehicle when required, and in difficult situations, secure it as best as possible and report the incident to the immediate supervisor.
