Collaborate with senior management to achieve objectives and prepare reports. **Purpose of the Position:** * The Maintenance Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians and managing daily maintenance activities. This critical role for operational performance involves refining leadership skills and assuming greater responsibilities to ensure efficient maintenance practices at the assigned location. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement maintenance programs in accordance with equipment factory standards. * Weekly scheduling of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance services for equipment. * Supervision of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance services for equipment. * Establish daily objectives for service technicians and support staff; collaborate with senior management to meet team objectives; address administrative and legal compliance matters; provide individual performance feedback; and manage the full employee lifecycle. * Administer contract assets: vehicles, tools, instruments, computer equipment, radios, furniture, and fixtures. * Coordinate with the client all work related to equipment under responsibility. * Coordinate with headquarters for specialized technical and logistical support. * Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of daily equipment performance reports. * Report and Analysis Preparation: Collaborate with planning functions to develop key performance reports and leverage data analysis for operational efficiency and KPI establishment. * Preparation of technical failure reports for equipment. * Preparation of technical accident reports for equipment. * Preparation of equipment working condition reports. * Preparation of monthly and safety letters for the contract. * Generation of spare parts requests for equipment maintenance services. **Specific Position Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of reliability and mechanical maintenance management for mining and construction equipment. * Minimum 4 years of experience supervising maintenance activities involving heavy equipment. * Experience in management systems, resource administration, and logistical coordination in maintenance operations. * Experience in implementing, monitoring, and controlling maintenance plans and work programs. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Category B1 driver's license. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
