Guided by our purpose — *always with you, building a more confident future* — and our **New Frontier** strategy, the primary function of this role is to contribute to healthy technical production and mitigation of claims risk through proper risk evaluation, maintenance of active policies, and support for Individual Life and Personal Accident processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and underwrite technical, medical, financial, and moral risks, determining acceptance conditions for each business case in accordance with internal policies, reinsurance guidelines, and applicable regulations. * Meet commercial and operational production response time requirements, ensuring timely processing within defined service-level indicators. * Manage maintenance of active policies, including submission, follow-up, document archiving, and administrative support to the sales area. * Underwrite and analyze production and maintenance of Individual Life and Personal Accident business sold nationwide by the sales force. * Participate in assigned projects and monitor operational records, contributing to continuous improvement and strengthening of departmental processes. **Requirements** * Technical professional and/or university student in administrative or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in auditing and/or underwriting Individual Life risks. * Minimum one year of experience in life insurance. * Knowledge of underwriting, policy maintenance, and risk analysis processes. * Ability to analyze information, organize tasks, ensure accuracy, and meet response time requirements. **Desirable Qualifications** * University degree in administrative or related fields. * Experience in the insurance sector. * Knowledge of Individual Life and Personal Accident products. * Experience in improving underwriting processes and supporting sales areas. * Competencies related to negotiation, emotional intelligence, frustration tolerance, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **Benefits We Offer** Our benefits are designed to support your holistic well-being, with programs covering physical and mental health, financial wellness, and family support.
